Fresh air

Well our technicians can't make fresh air blowing out the exhaust pipe – anyhow it's more about achieving least possible contamination.

As long as exhaust fumes are not controlled by an on-board diagnostic system with particle sensor, the condition of the engine must be checked as soon as 1,500 operating hours are reached or at least annually. By using measurement equipment Bosch smoke degree respectively haze value is being detected.

Since values are measured above limit our engineer is altering parameters of the engine in order to reach better measurement results. By doing this you can be sure that your truck is working properly towards your staff's organic load of respiratory tracts or environment pollution.

All measurement and adjustment we do in accordance with manufacturers’ guidelines. Our technicians are qualified according to TRGS 554.
